CORAL

The Coral series is a visualization of the path that a best-first search would take through a two dimensional field of random values. That is, I initialize 'crawlers' to navigate a field of values, each one searching for a better location (better, defined by containing a smaller value) and then I colour their path. For many images, a specific selection of starting locations is used, while other images force many such paths to interact.
